When helping you to choose the most suitable service for you, DECO has already ensured that you have access to all the information and that no price is hidden or even that you will be disappointed when you arrive at your destination.
DECO assesses and improves the commercial practices of companies in their online and in-store services using excellence criteria that focus on the pre-contractual and contractual relationship with the consumer.
If the evaluation is positive, DECO gives the travel agency the option of using the “Checked By DECO” logo in its store or website. Thus, consumers recognise a travel agency that has worked with DECO in order to provide services with greater quality and safety.
