The Portuguese State has said it will guarantee legal assistance and advice by a lawyer to foreign citizens whose entry into Portugal has been refused at one of the country’s five airports, according to a protocol signed on Wednesday. Home Affairs Minister Eduardo Cabrita said legal advice is "as important" as medical advice.
