Extras wanted in Portugal for Game of Thrones prequel

Filming of the “House of The Dragon” is due to take place in Portugal between 26 and 31 October at the Monsanto Castle.

As the production prepares to begin filming they are calling for extras to appear in the scenes filmed in Portugal. The team are looking for men and women between the ages of 18 and 70 and those interested are asked to live locally in the area and be willing to let their facial hair grow.

According to Jornal do Fundão, extras must be available for long periods of filming, either day or night and those selected will undergo a wardrobe test days before the start of filming, which will focus on the castle of Monsanto.
