Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning RCR Arquitectes on behalf of Kronos Homes, which owns and operates Palmares Ocean Living & Golf, the clubhouse serves as the social hub of the resort. It is home to Michelin-starred chef Louis Anjos, who serves up his culinary creations at the clubhouse and its fine dining restaurant, Al Sud.

In addition to the clubhouse, Palmares, situated by the Alvor estuary is home to a 27-hole golf course, designed by American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.

In addition to designing the clubhouse, the award-winning team at RCR Arquitectes have also designed a series of homes at Palmares.
