At the press conference after the Council of Ministers, the Minister of State and Presidency, Mariana Vieira da Silva, stated that the alert situation is extended until 23:59 on November 30.
Mainland Portugal has been on alert since October 1, which ended on Sunday.
The alert situation is the lowest level of response to disaster situations provided for in the Basic Civil Protection Law.
