The first edition of the North American Rolling Loud festival in Portugal should have already taken place in Portimão in the summer of 2020, next to Praia da Rocha, but it was postponed to July last year, and then rescheduled, because of the pandemic, to 6-8 July 2022.

The lineup for this year, released today by the organisation on the festival’s official website, features North Americans J.Cole, A$AP Rocky and Future as headliners on July 6th, 7th and 8th, respectively.

A$AP Rocky and Future had already been announced for last year's edition, but J. Cole is a new confirmation.

The festival line up, dedicated to hip-hop, also includes names such as AJ Tracey, DaBaby, Jack Harlow, Kenny Mason, Lil Baby, M Huncho, Maxo Kream, Pi'erre Bourne, Pouya, Rico Nasty, Roddy Ricch, Skepta and Trippie Redd.

Tickets for this year's edition will go on sale from Friday.

Calling itself the biggest hip-hop festival in the world, Rolling Loud only admits people over 18 years old.
