According to a report by idealista/news, the Dmanán group of investors, from the Galician province of Lugo (Spain), where it has a strong presence, is investing heavily in national real estate, having entered Portugal just over two years ago. It currently has five projects under construction and development, both residential and hotel, in Lisbon and Porto, in an investment of more than €50 million.

According to a source from the company’s communication department, quoted by Expresso, the projects in question are a “developer of single-family houses in Porto, a property of tourist apartments in Lisbon and the recovery of three buildings of great architectural value, oriented towards the hotel industry” , two of which are in the centre of Porto and one in the capital.

Established in June 2019, Dmanán Portugal is “at the moment studying different business opportunities”, adds the same source, adding that the projects it is working on in Lisbon and Porto are “very interesting both in the residential area and in the hotelier”.

“Dmanán has a lot of experience in the construction and development of projects in Galicia, of sustainable housing certified by Breeam (one of the most rigorous evaluation and certification methods in the world)”, they add.
