In the Spanish region of Burgos de La Bureba, 40 km from Burgos, is the village of Bárcena de Bureba, where 50 homes hit the market for a total of €350,000, according to a report by idealista/news.

The centre of the village is made up of about 50 dwellings of various sizes, many of them potentially recoverable while maintaining their structure. They are mostly buildings with stone masonry walls that have electricity and water supply. Among the houses, there is also a small church of Romanesque origin.

Most of the buildings are part of a single property and were jointly acquired by their current owners for the development of a restoration project.
