In statements at the end of the extraordinary Council of Ministers, the official justified the postponement with the need to mature the planned changes, namely in terms of training those who will be in charge of airport control.

"More important than saying whether it will be on the 12th, or the 13th of May, is to ensure that those who will be in the first, second and third line of airport control have the training adjusted to guarantee human rights and the international commitments of the State", he said.
