The European Commission has already transferred to Portugal, within the scope of the Portugal 2020 social innovation programme, €18.8 billion until March, placing the country first among the States with the largest financial packages.
In total, Brussels has already transferred 69.6 percent of the amount programmed for Portugal 2020 to Portugal.
