The municipality of Lagoa
has posted on Facebook that Carvalho Beach, near Benagil, in the Algarve will
be closed to the public from 27 to 28 July due to filming.

On 25 July, the Lagoa council informed its followers that "Carvalho Beach will be closed to the public on 27 and 28 July due to the production of a feature film and the need to carry out filming at the location," reads the statement.
Although the
council has not revealed the name of the film, there have been rumours that it
is an American movie that is being filmed there.
