Real estate developer Kronos Homes has invested more than €200 million in the development of six new residential projects in Spain and Portugal, with a view to selling 750 homes on the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos and Mijas), in Catalonia (Montjuic and Cubelles), in Madrid (Carabanchel) and, in the case of Portugal, in Lisbon.

According to a report by idealista, the properties in question will be completed and ready to be delivered to future residents at the end of 2024, with construction to begin in 2023, with the exception of the project located in Madrid, which will begin to built this year.

“We hope to conclude the sale of these homes this year and thus continue with our strategic plan for Portugal and Spain, which includes the delivery of more than a thousand homes in 2022 and obtaining sales that exceed 500 million euros”, said the general director of Kronos Homes, Rui Meneses Ferreira.
