According to the data, Lisbon is the city where the price difference between buying a property with or without a pool is greater. In the capital, those who choose to purchase a home with a swimming pool will pay, on average, 79.1% more. Aveiro (63%), Castelo Branco (58.8%), Beja (52.6%), Viana do Castelo (44.4%), Porto (32.7%) are the cities with the biggest price difference between houses with a pool and without.
