A new study conducted
by employment platform Lensa reveals that Portugal is the 6th best country, out
of a total sample of 25 countries, to take paternity leave.

The research found Portugal
has a total of 22 weeks of leave and an average of 56.3% salary payment during
paternity leave. Japan, South Korea and Luxembourg occupy the top three places,
respectively.
