The Russian foreign
ministry has permanently banned 25 high-ranking UK officials, business people
as well as actors.

US actors, Ben Stiller and
Sean Penn were added to the list meaning they are banned from entering the
country. The actors join US President Joe Biden, Boris Johnson and Morgan
Freeman.
