The 15-month-old baby who suffered head wounds and his mother are said to be receiving treatment in hospital following the attack which occurred on the outskirts of the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Sources affirm that there has been an increase in man-animal conflicts due to rapid urbanisation.
