A collision between a motorcycle and a bus on the 25 de
Abril Bridge, in the South/North direction, has caused 12 minor injuries this
morning, a source from the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) told Lusa.

“The accident involved a Carris bus and a motorcycle and
caused 12 injuries, nine of whom were transported to hospitals in Santa Maria
and S. Francisco Xavier and three were treated at the scene”, said a source
from CDOS in Setúbal.
The same source added that the alert for the accident was
given at 08:59, with traffic being restricted in the South/North direction of
the 25 de Abril Bridge at 11:00 for removal of the bus.
