The former Chinese minister
for justice, Fu Zhenghua, has been jailed for bribery according to the
BBC.

FU pled guilty to accepting
$16.5 million in gifts after he himself spearheaded anti-corruption
campaigns. He was initially sentenced to death but this has been reduced
to life imprisonment. The arrest came as part of a crackdown by authorities on
corruption.

A proper sentence for a despicable crime. Elected to serve the people but ending up serving themselves. A few sentences like this in Portugal would make the greedy sods think twice.
