"The architectural project is in the final licensing
phase. The investors associated with Quinta da Pacheca [in Lamego, Viseu] have
given me all the guarantees that as soon as the licensing process is completed,
the work will move forward immediately", said the mayor of Viana do
Castelo.
Speaking to the Lusa agency, Luís Nobre said that the
four-star themed hotel will be called Filigrana. The design hotel will have six rooms, a
restaurant and a workshop dedicated to filigree.
"It's another expression of confidence of economic
agents, namely in the hotel sector. In this case, it is a national promoter,
with great success in the hotel industry. And the very concept associated with
the hotel gives us confidence that this will work for the territory", said
the mayor.
