Novobanco also confirmed to ECO this morning that home banking is unavailable, assuring that the technical issue will be resolved as soon as possible. It was not possible to access the bank through the website or mobile application.

These technical limitations take place on the day the check for 125 euros begins to be paid for non-pensioners with incomes up to 2,700 euros gross monthly, to help mitigate against the rising cost of living.
