Eight Portuguese golfers will take part in the 16th edition
of the Portugal Masters, a DP World Tour tournament, which takes place between
today and Sunday, at the Dom Pedro Victoria Golf Course in Vilamoura.

Ricardo Melo Gouveia and Ricardo Santos, members of the
European circuit, are joined by fellow professionals Tomás Gouveia, Tomás
Bessa, Vítor Lopes, Pedro Figueiredo and Pedro Lencart and amateur Hugo Camelo
Ferreira.
The Portugal Masters is the only Portuguese event on the DP
World Tour calendar and is the last tournament of the season to score points
for the ranking, with Ricardo Melo Gouveia and Ricardo Santos (160th in the
hierarchy) playing to remain on the European circuit in 2023.
