Among the council's recommendations was an appeal "to everyone who can" not to "enter the city in order to mitigate any constraints".
Civil Protection agents, different operational services of the municipality, and parish councils, "continue to be ready for a quick and efficient response in the city".
Stay at home, it's RAINING!
It has never ever, in the history of humans and Decembers, ever rained like this. The rain is falling in medium sized droplets, consistently without stopping! It's armageddon! R-A-I-N !!!
Stay home for the love of God and everything that's holy!
OR YOU MIGHT GET WET!
