The Onyria Group completed the purchase of the Hotel Martinhal Cascais at the end of 2022, which now opens its doors as Onyria Marinha Boutique Hotel.
“We are very excited to start this new stage”, explains José Carlos Pinto Coelho, Chairman of the Onyria Group in a report by Publituris. “The space is spacious but welcoming and the atmosphere is modern but relaxed, in a great compromise between elegance and informality. The location is absolutely unique, being just a few steps from the Onyria Quinta da Marinha Hotel, renovated in 2020, the Onyria Quinta da Marinha Villas renovated in 2021 and the Trent Jones golf course with its new Clubhouse”, he highlighted.
The last few months have been one of adaptation for the hotel, which has undergone some changes, essentially in terms of organisation and decoration, towards a more minimalist environment. In structural terms, all the features of the spacious space, two indoor and two outdoor pools, two of them located in the spa with over 700 m2, which has treatment rooms as well as a Scottish and Turkish bath, are maintained. The hotel also has a gym, restaurants and bars, and a kids club open all year round.
The unit also has a total of 10 conference rooms – seven of them with natural light – and is, therefore, prepared for large groups and events.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, a boutique hotel is “a small stylish hotel, typically one situated in a fashionable urban location.” A boutique hotel has a distinct character, intentional design and decor, and personalized service.
This certainly ain't that!
