José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of the promoter, told Negócios that the luxury real estate project attracted approximately 3,200 interested parties, from 30 nationalities - from Portuguese to French and Swiss, to North Americans, Mexicans, Brazilians, and South Africans - for a universe of only 175 houses. Typologies range from V2 to V5, with prices starting at 1.3 million euros.

This project will be the first in the country whose structures are 100% in wood. So far, none of the 'Muda Reserve' houses have been sold, since, for the promoter, it makes no sense to “officially launch the project with all the houses already sold”.

The construction of the first houses has already started, and they should take between 8 and 12 months to be completed. The goal, according to Vanguard Properties, is to have the 175 homes ready by the end of 2025.
