“The variation recorded in this quarter shows an intensification compared to the 4th quarter of 2022, which means that prices in Lisbon are growing at a stronger pace than at the end of the year. Specifically, in the 4th quarter of last year, the quarterly change rate of housing sales prices in Lisbon was 1.2% and the same as 7.1%”.

The capital follows the national trend, which showed in the quarter in question an intensification of price rises, reversing the cooling trend felt in the last half of last year.
