Lisbon: Temperatures are on the rise with highs of 27 degrees and prolonged sunny spells forecast for both Saturday and Sunday. From Tuesday the chance of rain is to increase in the capital and temperatures are to fall slight to daily highs of 26 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 17 degrees.

The north: The rain is set to continue over the weekend however some sunny periods are expected and temperatures are to peak at highs of 26 degrees with lows of 14 degrees. Rain is to ease a little by Monday but the high chance of showers is to continue for the rest of the week when highs of 26 degrees are forecast.

The centre: After a wet week, Friday is predicted to be mainly dry however rain is to return on Saturday before easing off again on Sunday when temperatures are to reach highs of 26 degrees. From Monday mild temperatures reaching highs of 25 degrees with lows of 15 degrees are expected with a chance of rain.

The south: Sunshine from earlier in the week is forecast to continue on Friday and into the weekend with highs of 26 degrees on the cards for both Saturday and Sunday. Cloud cover is to once again increase from Tuesday and from Wednesday there will be a chance of rain with maximum highs of 24 degrees.

Madeira: A mixed bag of weather is forecast over the weekend with mainly dry weather expected on Friday and Saturday and heavy showers forecast for Sunday when temperatures will peak at highs of 24 degrees with lows of 20 degrees. From Monday sunshine and showers are predicted each day with average highs of 25 degrees.

The Azores: Friday and Saturday will be mainly dry but with a high chance of rain and maximum highs of 22 degrees. On Sunday heavy rain showers are on the cards but by Monday there will be a chance of some sunny spells between the rain showers.
