The app, named My Moves Matter, was co-founded by trained dietician and physiologist Richelle Flanagan, who lives with Parkinson’s. Flanagan told The Irish Times that the app was conceived after she noticed a worsening of her symptoms whenever her period was approaching.

The app will allow women to track their hormonal changes surrounding their menstrual cycle. It will also provide users with the ability to monitor their eating habits, sleeping patterns, exercise, and stress levels.

My Moves Matter will come to market in March. Users can sign up from February at a reduced cost of €49 annually, according to The Irish Times.
