Lisbon: Saturday is to be sunny and bright with highs of 12 degrees and lows of 5 degrees. On Sunday there will be an increase in cloud cover and temperatures are to fall to highs of 11 degrees and lows of 3 degrees at night. The following week is to be very similar, with no chance of rain and light winds.

The north: Cold weather is set to continue with sunny spells and intermittent cloud over the weekend and minimum temperatures of zero degrees. The minimum temperatures are to remain at around zero the following week while daily highs are to average 15 degrees with light easterly winds.

The centre: Clear skies are forecast for Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 10 degrees and drop to lows of 2 degrees. On Sunday, cloud cover is to increase slightly with daily highs of 10 degrees and nightly lows of 1 degree. On Monday thermometers are to drop to -1 degree with north-easterly winds.

The south: Blue skies are set to continue throughout the weekend however it will be feeling chilly with daily highs of 13 degrees and nightly lows of 4 degrees and northerly winds. From Monday cloud cover is to increase slightly and temperatures are to rise to highs of 15 degrees with lows of 5 degrees.

Madeira: Intermittent heavy cloud is predicted over the weekend with the highest chance of rain being on Sunday when temperatures are to reach highs of 19 degrees and lows of 13 degrees. From Tuesday the chance of rain is to increase further but it will be feeling warmer with highs of 22 degrees and lows of 14 degrees.

The Azores: A generally cloudy weekend is predicted in the Azores with average daily highs of 19 degrees and lows of 13 degrees over the weekend. From Tuesday the chance of rain is to increase but it will continue to feel mild on the whole with south westerly winds.
