One sector that is capitalising on this wave of popularity is golf. There are over 40 golf courses in the Algarve alone, six of which feature in the top 100 courses in Europe. While there are many hotels that cater for mass golf tourism, one sector that has seen increased demand is luxury resorts that can offer leading facilities coupled with first-class golf courses. We’ve highlighted seven hotels set to outperform in the luxury golf sector this year.
