German discount supermarket Penny will increase the price of 9 of their products across their 2,150 branches for a week to reflect those products’ real cost on people’s health and the environment.

The products are mainly dairy and meat, and the prices were calculated by 2 universities. Examples of the price hikes include wiener sausages, which increase from €3.19 to €6.01 and mozzarella going up 74% to €1.55.
