Bluefin tuna fishing is prohibited from Tuesday, given current data made by the Portuguese fleet in the Atlantic Ocean.

"Considering the current data on the discharges made by the Portuguese fleet of the bluefin tuna species ('thunnus thynnus'), in the Atlantic Ocean, east of 45ºW [...] fishing for the aforementioned species and zone is prohibited", reads a note released by the DGRM.
This ban begins at 00:00 on Tuesday.
