According to Postal, the new food hall was designed by the Broadway Malyan architecture studio, in which the same source reveals that the restaurant area will feature ultra-modern architecture.

The new restaurant area will have 420 m2, as well as colorful spaces filled with plants, where recreational spaces will also be built, including a stage, so that shows can be presented.

The food hall's roof will be the biggest renovation in the restaurant area of Portimão's largest shopping centre, which allows for warmth to be maintained during any season of the year. The roof includes natural ventilation, a priority for the space's co-owners, Generali Real Estate y Klépierre.

Quoted by Postal, Pedro Paixão, Deputy Head of Leasing at Klépierre, states that “this project is the realisation of an old dream and of transforming and recreating a fundamental space for our clients and for the centre as a whole. The quality of the architectural and engineering project made it possible to incorporate very relevant innovations, especially at an environmental and atmospheric level.”
