According to idealista, the development is due to be completed in the first quarter of next year, but it is already completely sold. The condominium's 15 apartments caught the attention, above all, of the international market, having been mostly acquired by foreign buyers, specifically clients from countries such as Denmark, Brazil and Mexico.

Representing an investment of over €15 million by Bondstone, a private equity firm specialising in the development and management of real estate assets in Portugal, The Coral is made up of large apartments, with types ranging from T1 to T4 and views across the Cascais Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

The project, which is now nearing completion, began in 2018 and featured the contemporary design of architect Miguel Passos de Almeida, from Atelier AAVV.

Frederico Pedro Nunes, Chief Operating Officer of Bondstone, who announced the sale of all apartments at The Coral before the end of its construction, says that this is "an attractive project on all fronts – from the location to the construction project architecture and interiors –, which was a successful bet by Bondstone and one of the reference projects" that the company brought to the market. "It demonstrates the quality and added value proposition we have to offer", he comments.
