The Biblioteca Pública Municipal do Porto, in front of the Jardim Marques de Oliveira, will close in the first half of this year for renovation work.

This project to requalify and expand the library, designed by Eduardo Souto Moura, with an estimated cost of €17 million, will allow for the storage capacity to be tripled.
