BPI bank had profits of 524 million euros in 2023, 42% more than in 2022, the bank announced today.

According to the results presentation, the financial margin (the difference between interest charged on credit and interest charged on deposits) grew 72% to 943 million euros.
BPI is owned by the Spanish group Caixabank.

Remembering the record profits from 2022 and now the even bigger profits in 2023, we should all remember the banks when they charge you money (fees)to just save money in their institutions. Pure greed cuz we don’t care…
