Construction costs increased 12.6% year-on-year in August,
according to data from the National Statistics Institute (INE).
"In August 2022, it is estimated that new housing
construction costs have increased by 12.6% year-on-year, 0.7 percentage points
(p.p.) less than that observed in the previous month", the statement
reads..
