How can Denmark, one of the world's richest and most egalitarian countries, be worst? I can understand the Czech Republic and Slovenia doing quite well as they are also fairly egalitarian, catching up with the EU average in standard of living and have hardly any minorities and fewer social problems related to drugs, etc. As for my own country, Ireland, do not take our stats seriously!
