Lisbon: The light showers forecast for Friday are to subside on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 21 degrees with lows of 13 degrees. On Sunday clear skies are predicted with temperatures rising to highs of 25 degrees. Thermometers are set to rise from Monday back up to highs of 29 degrees.

The north: A mixture of sunshine and showers is expected in the north on Friday and Saturday however, by Sunday it will be mainly dry with highs of 22 degrees. From Monday it will once again be heating up with highs of 26 degrees forecast for Tuesday and intermittent light cloud expected daily.

The centre: Saturday is to be dry with only a slight chance of rain while blue skies are forecast on Sunday with temperatures reaching highs of 23 degrees and dropping to lows of 9 degrees. From Monday temperatures are on the rise and by Wednesday they will be back up to daily highs of 28 degrees.

The south: Light showers are forecast for Friday but this is to clear up for the weekend when hazy high cloud is expected with temperatures hitting highs of 24 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 12 degrees. From Monday sunshine and intermittent cloud is predicted with average highs of 26 degrees.

Madeira: Rain earlier in the week is to ease by the weekend when temperatures are to peak at highs of 22 degrees and drop to lows of 17 degrees. From Monday it will be mainly sunny with some cloudy spells with temperatures to rise up to highs of 25 degrees by the end of the week.

The Azores: Heavy rain and grey skies are forecast for the weekend with temperatures averaging daily highs of 20 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 14 degrees. By Tuesday some sunny spells are expected and it will be feeling slightly cooler with highs of 19 degrees.
