According to the AirHelp table, TAP obtained a global rating of 7.16 points, 0.30 points more than in 2022 and 1.12 points more than in 2019. According to a report by Publituris, the national airline saw improvements in the global rating, however, the ranking deducted 0.30 points from TAP, going from 6 points, in 2022, to the current 5.70 points when it came to punctuality. In the quality of services, there was an improvement, going from 7.80 to 7.90 points, while in complaints management, the increase was 1 point, going from 6.80 to 7.80 points.

For the first time, AirHelp Score also analysed the performance of SATA Azores Airlines, ranking in 76th position (out of 83 companies analysed) with an overall score of 5.71 (punctuality: 6.90; service quality: 7 .70; and complaints management: 2.25).

Qatar Airways is once again elected as the best airline in the world, according to the AirHelp ranking. This company has maintained its position since 2018 and this year achieved an overall score of 8.38 – 8.80 in customer consideration; 8.00 for handling complaints and 8.40 for punctuality.

In second place is Eurowings, which obtained 8.27 points in total. Polish airline LOT Polish is in third place with a score of 8.11.
